In your post that started, "This book solidified everything I'd ever thought..." - what was the book? I would love to read it.
LOST IDENTITY by Pearson Moore. There was insights to characters that were just the most amazing thing ever. I teared up multiple times. On Lostaway I reblogged a post about it, mad coz Claire didnt get a chapter, but shes actually in 3, just doesnt get her own. The book talks about alot of characters that werent my favorite, but it made me really understand them more. I really recommend it for any lost fan, and its on amazon for 2.99 for kindle. Im currently reading his first one, LOST Humanity, a bit of a harder read so far and I had to take a break for a library book. I would most definetely check out LOST Identity, tho!!
"The van became the badge not only of Hurley’s liberation from spiritual slavery, but the potent symbol of his new power. Hurley’s destiny was no longer controlled by fear, but by Jacob’s Progress, which was itself the result of the Island’s influences over Jacob."
That Hurley, the one person who worked on cars, would be the one who was shown the van. The van that was used to physically mow down and kill the men that imprisoned his friends.
